What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation (optional) and the message you write. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a contract follows. Messages are delivered through Microsoft Azure services within the UK or EEA. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. Email enquiries@808technology.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
